Employee Bios

Caleb Stewart, MPT, DPT, OCS

Caleb graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in 1997 and continued his studies in physical therapy with a Master’s in 2000 and a Doctorate in 2002 from Northwestern University (Feinberg School of Medicine). Originally from Oregon, he brought his family to the Lompoc Valley in 2001 and enjoys the moderate climate and all it has to offer. He started the current business in 2006 and still finds satisfaction every day helping people return to their desired activities. He is a fluent Spanish speaker.

Mitch Ganz, PT, DPT

Mitch is a New Jersey native who graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019 and is Titleist Performance Institute Certified.  Aside from his tangible passion for patient care, and his love for the physical therapy profession, he is an avid golfer and prioritizes traveling within his lifestyle. Since moving to the Central coast, he has taken up mountain biking alongside his other outdoor hobbies. His positive energy and pursuit for greatness exudes out as a physical therapist and only heightens the people around him, whether co-workers or patients.

Vagner Dachao, PTA, OPTA

Vagner graduated with with a bachelor of science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland in 2014. Afterwards, he attended Carroll Community College in Westminster, MD to become a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2015.  Vagner is a first generation Portuguese-American who is trilingual in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Vagner came to Lompoc in October of 2019 and has enjoying participating in new hobbies like bouldering, hiking, golfing, and surfing.

Dana McKenzie, PT, DPT, CSCS

Dana was born and raised in Arizona, in the heart of the Phoenix Metropolitan area. She ventured out to Nebraska for her undergraduate degree at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Health Science. She graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019, and has enjoyed working with individuals to improve their quality of life. In addition to her position as a dedicated and compassionate physical therapist, she has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 2017. When Dana is not working, she is exploring the central coast and participating in various outdoor activities to soak in the beautiful California weather.

Nikayla TeLindert, PTA

Hailing from southern Wisconsin, Nikayla was exposed to the world of physical therapy at a young age. Her mother has worked as a physical therapy aide for more than 40 years, demonstrating the care and dedication needed to work in healthcare. Nikayla followed her mother’s lead, earning an associate’s degree in Applied Science from Western Technical College in 2012. Although she has found herself in several different settings over the course of her career, she finds aquatic therapy to be the most fun and rewarding in which to work.
